UNDERSTORY
The first run of Understory was held at an upstairs venue in Hollywood during March 2017. The venue was completely filled with plants to recreate the understory layer of the rainforest. An experimental edit of Planet Earth: Jungles was projected. Our intent was to provide a new, natural environment for a Los Angeles night.
UNDERSTORY 2
The second run of this concept was held at two locations at Santa Clara University in September of 2017. The same edit of Planet Earth: Jungles was projected on the low ceiling of the second location.
